About Me

What I Do

I am an Electrical Engineer by degree, and Data scientist/researcher by trade. Mainly in Agri-tech, with a lot of my focus on dairy and beef cattle, although I have done work with HPC for the arable sector.

Two Wheels

I prefer two wheels. I cycle typically ~100mi per week, on a Cannondale Topstone. As of 2022-08-31, my FTP is around 250W at 73kg. I’m also a motorbike rider. Currently on a Honda CB125r, however expect my full license by the end of 2022.

Noise and Colour

I love music. It basically acts as a continual soundtrack to my day. I’ve basically always been a metalhead–particularly Doom Metal–however I also love a bit of chill electronic music, and very occasionally some hard electro.

I am also a musician, although that’s quite the generous term. I play a Gibson Les Paul, through a Marshall, and also now a Taylor acoustic.
